Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with physical, developmental, or emotional challenges, helping them achieve greater independence in their daily lives either under guidance or independently.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support senior occupational therapists in evaluating clients' functional abilities and challenges.

2. Assist/independently plan development of individualized treatment based on clients' needs and goals.

3. Conduct occupational therapy sessions

4. Collaborate with the healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

5. Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills.

6. Monitor and document clients' progress, providing input for plan adjustments as necessary.

7. Educate clients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance independence.

8. Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy, incorporating new techniques into practice.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

2. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Passion for helping individuals with diverse abilities achieve their maximum potential.

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of occupational therapy.

7. Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying informed about industry best practices.

8. Minimum commitment of a year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
