We always follow the philosophy of WIN - WIN - WIN. We are now looking for a Telecaller who will join us towards our growth. The job description is as follows

Educational Qualtification : B.A English / Diploma degree / Bachlors Degree with good communication skills

Type: Fresher only

Sex : Male / Female

Roles:
1. Must make Regular calls to customers and take leads with respect to sales and service

2. Must coordinate service calls received with the technical team

3. Must coordinate leads received and arrange for site vist of the same

4. Must give proper reports with respect to leads taken

5. Must talk to the lead and arrange for an appointment with the lead to the sales perso

6. Must coordinate with the marketing team in designing the posters also

7. Must get leads form Website, jsut dial, google and call the customers

8. Make calls to customers for payments and receipts and help accounts team with respect to debtors and creditors

Responsibilities & Attributes:
1. Patience is most important for this job

2. Need to have good communication skills

3. Must have basic knowledge of computer and ms office software

4. Need to learn about the business quickly

5. Hungry for personal growth

6. Must be adaptable to business environment

7. must not be harsh to the customers

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
