- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IGCSE curriculum and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teaching staff
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate the academic programs for IGCSE students
- Develop and implement curriculum guidelines and ensure alignment with IGCSE standards
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of lessons
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall academic experience
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of education
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and other academic events
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support academic programs
