Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for the role of Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients to educate them about our platform, and to encourage them to subscribe for our services. The Caller will also be responsible for providing customer support to the clients, handling customer queries, complaints, and issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support or sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
