**Job Summary**: A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various computer systems and databases. They ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data, perform regular backups, and assist with generating reports and other administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files when needed.
- Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
- Experience with Advanced Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Office and Data programs.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Organization skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
