**Job Summary**:
The PRT Hindi teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to primary students, developing their reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi, and fostering an appreciation of the language and culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the school's curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and composition appropriate to primary grades.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students' participation in Hindi-related extracurricular activities (e.g., poetry recitations, storytelling, drama).
- Communicate with parents about students' academic and behavioral performance.
- Maintain proper records of students’ progress and activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Ensure classroom discipline and adhere to school policies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teacher training qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in primary grades preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Passion for teaching young children and creative instructional approaches.
- Knowledge of child-centric teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
