Job Description: German & Italian Language Tele caller

Position: German Language Tele caller
Location: Remote (work from home)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and fluent German & Italian speaker to join our team as a German & Italian Language Tele caller. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential clients in the German & Italian-speaking market. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and generate sales leads. Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in the German & Italian-speaking market.
- Promote products/services and provide information to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in German & Italian (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
