**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Comprehensive Curriculum Coverage: Ensure thorough coverage of the prescribed physics syllabus for JEE/IIT and NEET exams. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises to reinforce students' understanding.

3. Personalized Attention: Identify individual learning needs and tailor teaching methods to cater to diverse student abilities. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.

4. Problem-Solving Skills Development: Focus on honing students' problem-solving abilities by presenting challenging physics problems and guiding them through various problem-solving techniques and strategies.

5. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and practice exams to evaluate students' progress. Provide constructive feedback to help them identify areas of improvement.

6. Exam Preparation: Familiarize students with the exam format, time management, and best practices for tackling JEE/IIT and NEET physics questions. Create a conducive learning environment that helps alleviate exam-related stress.

7. Motivation and Mentoring: Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential. Serve as a mentor, guiding them not only academically but also in their overall personal and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching Physics to students preparing for JEE/IIT and NEET exams.
- Strong knowledge of the JEE/IIT and NEET physics syllabus and exam patterns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds to excel in physics and competitive exams.
- Patient, approachable, and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment.

Ability to use technology and interactive tools effectively in the teaching process.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
