**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist with daily patient activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- **Medical Support**:
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist doctors during procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and promptly report any concerns to the physician or senior nursing staff.
- Administer injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as per the doctor’s orders.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and medication logs.
- Ensure that patient files are updated regularly and adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- **Patient Education**:
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
- Provide guidance on proper medication usage, diet, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and wellness.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including doctors, specialists, and other nurses, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., pharmacy, lab) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient services.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Follow all infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to hospital policies and nursing standards to maintain high-quality care and patient safety.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma from a recognized nursing school.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience in general wards, ICU, emergency, or maternity care is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- **Licenses/Certification**:
- Registered with the [State Nursing Council/Country Nursing Board].
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
