**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and supplies.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the store.
- Issue goods and supplies to employees or customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry and regular updates.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory levels to the purchasing department.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies.
- Implement and adhere to safety and security procedures to protect inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory, sales, and expenses.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of **5 years** as a store keeper, inventory manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge of **proper inventory management** practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Familiarity with safety and security procedures related to inventory management.

Working Hours:

- **Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM**

**Salary**:

- 18k-22k based on experience and qualifications.
