**Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert counseling and guidance on skincare, laser treatments, and hair procedures.
- Understand clients' specific needs and concerns to provide personalized recommendations and tailored treatment plans.
- Monitor the progress of each client, in close coordination with dermatologists ensuring the highest quality outcome of treatments.
- Establish a strong rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process.
- Listen attentively to clients' queries and provide clear, detailed explanations of available services and expected outcomes.
- Handle inbound inquiries, generate prospects through follow-up calls, and maximize conversion of leads into clients.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and efficiently manage client records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in skincare or relevant certifications.
- In-depth understanding of various skin, laser, and hair procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous counseling experience or related field preferred.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
