- Offer services like matchmaking, profile creation, or premium membership packages.
- **Sales and Conversion**:
- Promote and sell various matrimonial services and packages.
- Work towards meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and upsell services like personalized matchmaking, background verification, or premium membership.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain and update a customer database with accurate information.
- Input and update customer profiles in the marriage bureau's software or CRM system.
- Track follow-ups and ensure that potential leads are nurtured effectively.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
- Resolve client issues or queries related to services, fees, or the matchmaking process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely assistance.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify new potential leads through cold calling, referrals, or social media platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, marketing campaigns, or website inquiries.
- **Data Analysis**:
- Track sales performance and client feedback.
- Provide reports on calls, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Build relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and repeat business.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, or matchmaking sessions for prospective clients.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure that all client information is kept confidential and complies with data protection laws.
- Ensure all sales transactions and agreements are documented properly.
