**Job Summary**:
The Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance the overall customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to adapt and develop graphics for various channels including in-store displays, print materials, and promotional campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and adapt visually engaging graphics for in-store displays, window decals, signage, and other Visual merchandising collaterals.
- Work closely with VM team, in order to understand the design brief and develop / adapt concepts / graphics / visual aids according to the brief.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and adhere to brand guidelines in all designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual merchandising to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop photo & video, retouching as needed.
- Should have working knowledge of materials, and fabrication and printing techniques required for VM collateral development
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (4-5 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw) and other graphic design tools.
- 3D rendering (Sketchup / 3DS Max)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
