**1+ yrs of **experience in handling operations in a PMS firm/ Investment Management / Advisory Firm / Broking Firm / Custodi

**Education Qualifications**: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or any related field
- Developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing sound systems and processes for smooth functioning of the operations related to the PMS
- Managing PMS operations including trade settlement of equity and fixed income trades, valuation-related processes, client onboarding - account opening & reporting, bank account reconciliation, brokerage payments and other related functional areas.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements with respect to operational aspects of PMS and filing timely reports with SEBI/ regulatory bodies
- Liaising and coordinating with the custodian/s, fund accountants, auditors, banks, exchanges and all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operations & execution of trades
- Enabling and performing timely transfers and reconciliations of the funds/client's books with that of various fund accounting & custody reports and taking appropriate action in case of any discrepancies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for PMS clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work on process optimization and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability of PMS operations.
- Pioneer initiatives to streamline workflows, monitor and mitigate operational risks and improve service delivery levels.
- Support in Accounting, monitoring & payments of tax & filing of returns

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Proven experience of about 2-5 years in portfolio management or investment operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and SEBI compliance standards with respect to operations /investment management.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and portfolio analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for portfolio analysis and reporting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per month
