We have an immediate opening for Semi qualified CS (Company Secretary) with **Parakh Consulting LLP**
**Qualification**: Any Graduate, CS - Executive (Any one group mandatory)
**Work Experience**: 1 year
**Salary**: up to 40000 per month
**No of open positions**: 1
**Work location** - Koramangala (Next to Christ University)
**Work from office **- Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm. Sat - Sun (Holiday)
**Roles and responsibilities -**
ROC filing
Drafting of notice
Filing of forms as per companies Act 2013.
Maintenance of register as per companies Act.
Good communication and command over written and spoken English
