**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of learners.
- Conduct training sessions in spoken and written English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.
- Assess learners' proficiency levels and track their progress through evaluations and feedback.
- Utilize interactive and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to learners to improve their language skills.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments as per course requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Language Trainer, Teacher, or Instructor.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (if applicable).
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in corporate training or business English coaching.
- Knowledge of multiple teaching methodologies and approaches.
- Certification in TOEFL, TESOL, CELTA, IELTS or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
