Accounts Executive

**BoM Costing**
- Prepare monthly cost sheets for all projects. Monitor BOM revisions and modify costing calculation accordingly. Analyze the variances in cost element wise
- Maintain all documents and records related to costing.Maintain price trend of raw materials.
- Guide and support Purchase personnel for purchase activities, pricing, negotiation, and quotation updating.
- Show costing trends and facilitate in cost control and improvement on contributions. Monitor capital expenditure and perform cost analysis.
**Payables/ Purchase Bill Accounting**
- Manage entire purchase bill accounting including PO, GRN and invoices. Verify purchase, vendors and subcontractor bills accounting and passing to generate debit note
- Co-ordinate with vendors/ service providers and ensure payments as per payment terms.
- Summarize relevant data and present to the management monthly during MRM meetings.
- Face internal, external audits and close NCs, if any. Adhere to company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documents pertaining to import transactions
- Handle cash transactions and advances and make appropriate entries in ERP. Reconcile the same and review with Asst. Manager F&A.
- Verify employee expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policy before paying. Responsible for Payroll processing and preparing checks/ bank advice and salary disbursement (including cash mode if any)
**Receivables - Support**
- Responsible for accounting receivables by verifying invoice entries in ERP and ensuring accuracy. Record cash, cheques, electronic transactions in ERP/ accounting software. Share balance confirmation to customers; Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
**Statutory**
- Verify and validate sales data and review consolidation of GST monthly. Similarly verify and validate all excise related transactions and ensure appropriate payments /returns to excise authorities.Ensure payments on time pertaining toTDS, ESI, PF and Company’s tax.
- Ensure maintenance of proper fixed asset registers/employee/other insurances and safeguard all important assets through appropriate insurance cover. Ensure renewal of policies and premium payments on time
- Coordinate with statutory agencies as and when required. In case of any inquiry/show cause notice from any government, seek information from the concerned department and handle those issues and solve them. In case of complex issues, seek support from external consultants and implement their solutions. Conduct due diligences study before submitting any official documents to government authorities.
**Bank Transactions**
- Account all bank transactions and ensure daily bank reconciliation. Monitor bank interests / charges and provide deviation analysis. Identify and support in resolving any discrepancies pertaining to bank
- Open LCs with banks as per purchase requirement. Receive LC documents from customers, negotiate and effectively utilize the LC facility.Ensure documentation as per the statutory guidelines.
**MIS & Audits**
- Generate MIS reports/ financial statements accurately and on time as per the requirements.
- Facilitate all internal and external audits. Based on audit findings take corrective measures in consultation with HoD.
Constantly update job knowledge by participating in learning opportunities in consultation with department head.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
