Supervise and manage a team of data entry clerks (expected 5 or 6 FTEs)

Monitor and review data entry work for accuracy and completeness

Assign tasks and provide training and support to team members

Maintain and update databases and systems

Create and analyse reports to identify trends and issues

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is being used effectively

Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise

Define and implement processes and workflow for the data entry team

Create and document standard operating procedures

Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement changes

Monitor and measure the performance of the team to ensure that the process and workflow are working effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a data entry supervisor or similar role

Experience working with databases and data analysis tools

Strong leadership and management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

Good understanding of data management and process optimization best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
