**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1) Conceptualize and Create Designs**:
Develop visual concepts based on project requirements.

Create designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and product packaging.

Produce mock-ups and prototypes to present ideas to the team and clients.

**2) Brand Development**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand identity guidelines.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms and materials.

Design logos, icons, and other branding elements as needed.

**3) Digital Design**:
Design engaging and user-friendly website interfaces.

Stay updated on current design trends and technologies to enhance digital presence.

**4) Print Design**:
Design layouts for print materials such as magazines, posters, banners, and business cards.

Work closely with printers to ensure high-quality output and proper specifications.

**5) Collaboration and Communication**:
Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and clients to understand project requirements.

Communicate ideas and design concepts effectively, both visually and verbally.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.

**6) Project Management**:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access to design files and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with both digital and print design.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
