**Job description**

**Job Roles and Responsibilities (Accountant)**:

- To create and send Purchase Orders.
- To check and verify Sales Orders.
- To track real-time status of Purchase and Sales Orders.
- To Communicate directly with vendors and client company regarding any follow-ups / order status, etc.
- Handling of Accounts single handedly using Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
- Creating, Checking, Verifying of Invoices, Challans, etc.
- Filing of all documents.
- Maintaining daily Stock Statements using Excel, Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime, Web-based ERP Software.
- Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.
- Maintaining daily reports of Receivables and Payables.
- Handling Petty Cash.
- GST Return Filing in co-ordination with CA Firm.
- TDS Return Filing in co-ordination with CA Firm.
- Actively assisting in Annual Tax Audit in co-ordination with CA Firm.
- Ad-Hoc reports creation as per requirement in Excel.
- Co ordinate with on site team to manage the entire accounta administration of the Theatre and Cafe at Boisar

**Required Technical Expertise / Skills**:

- Should be well verse with in-depth knowledge of Accounting
- Should be well verse with Windows Computer Operation and Software Operation such as MS Excel and Tally ERP9. Any help and support with regards to getting familiar with Tally Prime will be provided
- Should be able to communicate clearly; Verbally (in Hindi) and Writing (in English and Hinglish)

**Education / Certification**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Banking.
- Any other specialized course in the field of Accounting would be an added advantage.

**Work Experience**:
2-7 Years of Experience in the same or related profile.

Freshers with extra-ordinary skills maybe considered.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
