**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Ability to create and support of Vugen Scripting. (Web HTTP/HTML, Citrix, Rest API protocol).
- Administration knowledge of Operating systems preferred Windows.
- Good Knowledge of Incident and Problem management process.
- Good in reporting and smart enough to understand the client requirement.
- Experience to work on ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of cloud services and terminology, agile methodology will be an added advantage.
- Ability to take responsibility and initiative to investigate and resolve the technical issues.
- Ability to handle and communicate progress about the critical issue or ongoing activity.
- Should have good interpersonal skills to work with multiple supporting team as well as client.
- Knowledge / experience of handling CSI (Continual Service Improvement) Plans.
- Creative, problem solving and time management skills.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Architect role.
- Understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to proactively adopt new methodologies.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Relevant experience in implementing and managing ERP Systems or ERP based software.
- Relevant knowledge of and work experience with one or more Database Management Systems (Oracle, MySQL etc).
- Experience in leading Technical Teams.
- Having Architect Certifications beside work routine.
