We are seeking an experienced Aptitude Test Expert specializing in the Computer Science and Information Technology (CSE & IT) domain to join our educational institution. As an Aptitude Test Expert, you will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating the aptitude skills of students aspiring to pursue careers in the CSE & IT field.

**Responsibilities**:
Design and develop aptitude test modules specifically tailored for the CSE & IT domain, considering the latest industry trends and requirements.

Create comprehensive test frameworks, including logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, to accurately measure students' potential and capabilities.

Conduct aptitude assessments for students, using standardized testing methods and tools, to evaluate their readiness and suitability for CSE & IT courses.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, identifying strengths and areas of improvement for individual students and the overall student population.

Offer guidance and counseling to students based on their aptitude test results, helping them make informed decisions regarding their educational and career paths within the CSE & IT domain.

Stay updated with the latest developments in the CSE & IT industry to continually enhance the aptitude tests and ensure their relevance and accuracy.

Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the selection process by incorporating aptitude test scores as an important criterion for CSE & IT program admissions.

Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to familiarize students with aptitude testing techniques, strategies, and time management skills.

Provide input and recommendations to curriculum development teams regarding areas of improvement in CSE & IT programs based on the aptitude test findings.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
