Job Title: Digital Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:
1. Craft and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive online engagement.

2. Harness the power of Google Ads to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversion rates.

3. Lead LinkedIn marketing efforts, leveraging the platform to nurture leads, engage with industry professionals, and build valuable connections.

4. Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to capture qualified leads and expand our customer base.

5. Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel and foster long-term client relationships.

6. Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

7. Collaborate closely with other teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.

9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

10. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on the success of marketing initiatives.

Basic Prerequisites:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment.

3. Extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and other digital marketing platforms.

4. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage with diverse audiences.

6. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data interpretation and performance optimization.

7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
