As a
**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a CRM Operations Associate you will be responsible for executing the player CRM activities, including promotions, automated campaigns, bonus campaigns, etc for various groups of products.
- Your main objectives are to ensure all CRM campaigns are executed within the defined SLAs and that operational excellence is adhered to at all times.
- Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, you will be working closely with the various CRM Team members, the campaign implementation & execution teams & BI.
- To achieve your targets you will need to completely understand the various CRM & reporting tools & establish a firm grasp of them. You will need to work with multiple teams and across all departments and locations.
- By ensuring that marketing activities are executed on time, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us maintain our industry leadership.

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to react and quickly react to changes in work flow
- Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and find solutions in case work around are required
- More than 2 years of online gaming work experience
- Academic credentials on Bachelor or Master level
- A proven record of delivering against targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Flexible to work weekends and shifts
