**Job Description: Batch Coordinator for a leading Educational Academy**

**Location**: Vasai
**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
**Job Timing**: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Batch Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of classes for all batches.
- Ensure smooth batch operations, including classroom readiness and teacher availability.
- **Attendance Monitoring**:

- Track and maintain attendance records of students and faculty.
- Communicate with students or parents regarding absenteeism and ensure follow-ups.
- **Faculty Coordination**:

- Collaborate with faculty members to align class schedules and address any issues.
- Provide faculty support with necessary materials and updates.
- **Student Support**:

- Address student queries and resolve concerns regarding schedules or batch-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management.
- **Administration**:

- Maintain and update batch-related documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for resources and logistics.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Handle scheduling conflicts and adjust plans to accommodate changes efficiently.
