**Job Summary**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Assist in **recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding** of housekeeping staff.
- Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and hygiene practices.
- Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and monitor attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain quality.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as required.
- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordination with respective Outlet Managers for smooth operation in the department.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Qualification**: Minimum Diploma/Graduate (Hotel Management or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety standards.
- Experience in staff supervision and involvement in recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
