seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hospital's services, attract new patients, and enhance our brand reputation in the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive patient acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support the hospital's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including physicians, department heads, and administrative staff, to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted promotional initiatives.
- Manage the hospital's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to engage with current and prospective patients.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Plan and execute community outreach events, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public about our services and build relationships with local organizations and referral sources.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate ROI and optimize future strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and presentations.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance considerations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
