**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is being done as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
- Manage labor and allocate tasks as per the work schedule.
- Report site issues and progress to the project manager.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Implement quality control measures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and site safety.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Prepare daily progress and installation reports.
- Resolve site issues and liaise with clients and engineers.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Modular Construction-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in modular construction or prefabricated structures.
- Understanding of modular design and installation techniques.
- Familiar with cranes, rigging, and handling of prefabricated units.
- Good problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
