**Calendar and Schedule Management**: Manage the executive’s calendar by scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel. Ensure all deadlines are met and assist with time management.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle any last-minute changes.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and set up meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials, and attendee coordination. Take minutes and follow up on action items.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize files and documents (digital and physical), ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- **Personal Tasks**: Provide personal assistance such as grocery shopping, booking appointments, handling household tasks, and more.
- **Research and Projects**: Assist with research, report creation, and other ad-hoc projects, providing support as needed.
- **Expense Management**: Handle budgeting and monitor expenses for personal and professional projects. Prepare expense reports for reimbursement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
