**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, social media posts, etc.
- Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and testimonials for digital marketing.
- Create engaging reels, stories, and short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for web and social media formats.
- Retouch and edit photos of projects and team events.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen creative eye.
- Experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of motion graphics.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDraw and video editing apps.
- Ability to handle DSLR or camera equipment during shoots (optional).
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and branding is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
