1. **Patient Care Management**
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of nursing services.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and hygiene.
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate care as needed.

2. **Staff Supervision**
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and nursing assistants.
- Assign duties and schedule shifts.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or counseling when needed.

3. **Training & Development**
- Conduct regular training and skill development programs for nursing staff.
- Ensure new nurses are oriented and trained according to hospital policies.

4. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
- Ensure proper documentation of care, medication, and treatment.
- Manage inventory of supplies, medicines, and equipment for the unit.

5. **Policy Implementation**
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

6. **Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a liaison between doctors, nursing staff, patients, and their families.
- Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
- Handle grievances or complaints from patients or staff.

7. **Emergency Preparedness**
- Ensure staff readiness for handling emergencies (code blue, disaster drills).
- Ensure all life-saving equipment is functional and regularly checked.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
