**Key Responsibilities**:
**Animation Creation**:Develop 2D animations for various projects, including characters, environments, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with the Animation Lead to bring scripts and storyboards to life through animation.

**Illustration**:Create high-quality illustrations and concept art for use in animation projects.
Develop character designs, backgrounds, and other visual elements.

**Storyboarding**:Work closely with the creative team to create storyboards that effectively communicate the narrative and pacing of animations.
Make necessary adjustments based on feedback and project requirements.

**Character Design**:Design and develop unique and compelling characters that fit the project's overall aesthetic.
Ensure characters are consistent in design and style throughout the animation.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other animators, illustrators, and team members to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine animations.

**Software Proficiency**:Demonstrate proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony) and illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide accurate time estimates for animation and illustration tasks.

**Quality Control**:Ensure all animations and illustrations meet high standards of quality and creativity.
Review and approve final designs before production or publication.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
