**Job Description: Retail Medical Representative**

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate **(Final year result awaited can also apply)**

**Requirements: Two-wheeler (with valid license), willingness to travel within the assigned territory**

**Reporting To**:Regional Development Manager

**Salary Offered: ₹15000-25000 + T.A. + D.A. + Performance Based Incentives**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Promotion**:

- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to chemists.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and stockists, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio, product highlights and any new product launches.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain and relay accurate records of sales, dispatch and inventory and documentation regarding payments etc.
- Submit information as required by the company promptly.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels at stockist to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the stockist to ensure fulfilment of orders. Place Distributor Orders as necessary.
