We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of commercial interior fit out projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth project execution, adherence to safety regulations, and high-quality craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Supervision: Oversee and manage commercial interior fit out projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and budgetary constraints.
Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of project milestones.
Team Management: Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople, to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards.
Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and ensure project success.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily progress reports, site photographs, material inventory, and any necessary paperwork.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous experience as a site supervisor in the commercial interior fit out or construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques related to interior fitout projects.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Safety Consciousness: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Salary Range: The salary for this position ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month - negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
