**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery partners and daily operations.
- Handle onboarding documentation and data entry in internal systems.
- Coordinate with field and telecalling teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Monitor and update attendance, order counts, and payment details.
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Resolve internal queries related to partner records and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in backend operations or data entry (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
