- Request outside records such as laboratory reports, diagnostic scan results, biopsy results, and hospital records, and properly maintain data across all systems.
- Review pre-authorizations and obtain authorization with adjusters and case managers.
- Review and record physician orders, protocols, and data to verify the correct information while monitoring completion and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Create and issue purchase orders for payment tracking and authorization, ensuring to notify the billing office when tests, procedures, and scans are completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
