**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students.
- Collaborate with the Principal, Regional Head, faculty, and administrators to establish admission standards and criteria.
- Coordinate and conduct admission tests and interviews.
- Engage in market outreach activities to increase student enrollment.
- Act as the primary contact for prospective students and parents, addressing queries.
- Manage the admissions process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, generating proposals, negotiating, and closing.
- Maintain and update records of admissions activities and reports.
- Analyze and track leads, providing insights on conversion rates.
- Generate weekly reports on campaign performance and lead progress.
- Support marketing initiatives as per management requirements.
- Handle admission inquiries via phone and in-person visits.
- Resolve admission-related issues in coordination with the Regional Head.
- Accurately capture and enter student data into the system.
- Increase walk-ins and conversions through effective follow-ups on leads and referrals.
- Ensure confidentiality of all admission-related data.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in admissions, preferably within the education sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-Driven: Ability to achieve and exceed admission targets.
- Preferred: Experience in CBSE School admissions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
