**Job Summary**:
The IP (Inpatient) & OP (Outpatient) Billing Executive is responsible for managing patient billing processes accurately and efficiently. This role ensures proper billing of inpatient and outpatient services, maintains compliance with hospital policies, and provides clear communication with patients regarding their bills.

**Roles and Responsibilities:Inpatient (IP) Billing**:

- Prepare and generate bills for admitted patients based on medical services, procedures, pharmacy, diagnostics, and room charges.
- Verify doctors’ orders, treatment records, and patient files before preparing the final bill.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for accurate billing inputs.
- Handle advance payments, deposits, refunds, and final settlement of bills.
- Ensure TPA (Third Party Administrator)/Insurance billing is processed as per policies.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IP billing records and submit reports.

**Outpatient (OP) Billing**:

- Generate bills for consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, and procedures for outpatients.
- Collect and record payments (cash, card, UPI, insurance/TPA).
- Ensure accurate entry of patient details in the billing software.
- Reconcile daily OP collections and submit to accounts department.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accuracy and transparency in all billing activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital billing policies.
- Resolve billing-related queries of patients and attendants politely.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for reconciliation and audits.
- Support NABH and other accreditation requirements related to billing documentation.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of hospital billing procedures (IP & OP).
- Familiarity with TPA/Insurance billing process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospital billing software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any equivalent degree).
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing (IP & OP preferred).
- Freshers with hospital billing training may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
