Neet Faculty- Bio

We aim to provide high-quality teaching, student mentorship, and academic excellence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons for NEET aspirants (Classes 11 & 12).
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials aligned with NEET syllabus (NCERT & relevant boards).
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and regular practice tests.
- Track student performance and provide personalized feedback.
- Stay updated with the NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and trends.
- Design and evaluate mock tests, assignments, and quizzes.
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and motivation.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
- Patience, dedication, and a student-first approach.
- Prior teaching experience in NEET coaching is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with NEET-UG exam pattern and NCERT syllabus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a NEET faculty or in a similar academic role.
- Experience working with reputed coaching centers/institutions is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
