**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and performance metrics.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements and specifications.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new products/processes to ensure quality standards are met from inception.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks.
- Communicate quality-related information and updates to management, stakeholders, and relevant teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in implementing quality management systems (QMS) and leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards).
- Experience with conducting supplier audits and managing supplier quality.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques for quality control and process optimization.
