**Job Summary**:
The Visiting Faculty will teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, engage in academic activities, and support the department in enhancing the learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver lectures, conduct seminars, and tutorials for BBA and MBA courses as per the syllabus prescribed by GGSIPU.
- Prepare course materials, presentations, assignments, and exams.
- Utilize contemporary teaching methodologies, case studies, and research-based learning approaches.
- Grade assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations in a timely manner and provide constructive feedback to students.
- **Student Mentoring & Support**:

- Offer academic counseling and career guidance to students pursuing careers in management and business.
- Provide support for students' project work, internships, and dissertation/thesis guidance (if applicable).
- **Academic & Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development discussions, and academic review sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and exam results.
- Assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and other co-curricular activities for students.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience and ensure the curriculum remains updated and relevant to industry trends.
- **Compliance with GGSIPU Guidelines**:

- Follow the academic policies, rules, and regulations set by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions organized by the university.
- **Research and Academic Contributions (Optional)**:

- Contribute to academic research and scholarly publications in areas related to management and business.
- Assist students with research projects, papers, and case studies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- **For BBA**: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized academic institution, preferably in business administration or management.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom (e.g., LMS, online learning tools, and multimedia).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks related to teaching and student support.

Pay: ₹11,773.53 - ₹60,435.75 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
