**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
- **Business Development**:
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand business in existing accounts.
- Assist in creating proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
- **Client Interactions & Relationship Management**:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product/service demos and answer client queries effectively.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing timely support and consistent follow-ups.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product and process improvements.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Track all business development activities and regularly report on progress.
- Ensure all client communications and data are properly documented.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
