**Job Title**: Accounts Payable Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and verify vendor invoices in **SAP Hana**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment cycles, including scheduling and processing payments through bank transfers, cheques, and other methods.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely payments to sustain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, such as **GST, TDS**, and other applicable laws.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, generating reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to match purchase orders with invoices.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the accounts payable workflow.
- Maintain updated and organized records for audits and internal reviews.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- **Mandatory experience in SAP Hana** for accounts payable processes.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
