Cosmetologytherapist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Service Execution & Compliance**:

- Perform **cosmetology and aesthetic procedures** as per the instructions of the **Head of Cosmetology & Dermatology Department**.
- Follow strict **parameter compliance** to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain and update **client treatment records** and **redemption sheets**.

**2. Client Satisfaction & Retention**:

- Ensure **exceptional customer service** to enhance client satisfaction.
- Encourage **repeat clients** by delivering outstanding service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Maintain **client confidentiality and privacy** at all times.
- Gather and improve **Google Reviews & Client Feedback**.

**3. Sales & Business Growth**:

- Engage in **cross-selling and up-selling** to maximize revenue and enhance client experience.
- Work towards meeting **clinic sales targets and client retention goals**.
- Collaborate with the team to drive **business growth and performance**.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Identify requirements for stock and consumables and report accordingly.
- Ensure **consumables compliance** and maintain stock levels.
- Accurately enter stock details in **billing software** and manage the **clinic stock tally**.
- Oversee **proforma management** to maintain seamless operations.

**5. Teamwork & Professionalism**:

- Work collaboratively with **doctors, therapists, and front desk coordinators** to maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of **professionalism, grooming, and communication**.
- Adhere to the **clinic’s protocols and operational standards**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certification or Diploma in **Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Dermatology**.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in a similar role within a **cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**, particularly in handling **HNI clients**.
- Well-groomed, polished, and presentable with a **customer-centric approach**.
- Ability to handle **client records and stock management systems efficiently**.
- Fluent in **English and Hindi** (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
