**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop WordPress websites, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Create visually engaging web assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Customize WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across devices.
- Use leading page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg to streamline website creation.
- Optimize websites by incorporating SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on deadlines. - Maintain and update existing WordPress websites as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in WordPress website design.
- Proven experience as a WordPress Designer, with a portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with popular WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Expertise in UX/UI design to create intuitive and visually appealing websites.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with web performance optimization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of WordPress plugin customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in e-commerce website design (e.g., WooCommerce).
