**Position Overview**:
As a Dispatch Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the dispatch process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Your role will involve coordinating with clients and internal teams, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring that all dispatch operations meet company standards and customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding dispatch services, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the dispatch process from order receipt through to delivery, ensuring all client requirements and timelines are met.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with the generation of sales leads and support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell dispatch services.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and manage dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process, providing solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales and operational efficiency.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively support sales and dispatch strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Sales Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales or dispatch coordination, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with dispatch software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
