Football Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality football training sessions for students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Teach and demonstrate football techniques, strategies, and tactics in a clear and engaging manner.
- Prepare players physically, mentally, and strategically for matches, tournaments, and competitions.
- Develop individualized training programs to address the specific needs of each player, including skill development and fitness.
- Lead and manage football teams during school and academy matches and tournaments, ensuring high standards of conduct and sportsmanship.
- Monitor and assess player progress, providing constructive feedback to help improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and respect.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, ensuring all equipment is set up and safe for use.
- Encourage the personal development of athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing discipline, hard work, and leadership.
- Collaborate with the school and academy staff, including other coaches, physical education teachers, and administrators, to enhance the overall sports program.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding player progress, schedules, and upcoming events.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, football rules, and industry trends, ensuring continuous improvement in coaching practices.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Level ‘C’ football coaching qualification recognized by a national football association or sports body.
- Previous coaching experience at the school, academy, or club level.
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, rules, and tactics.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other coaches and staff.
- A genuine passion for football and youth development.
- Experience coaching competitive football teams and preparing them for tournaments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
