Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our office interior design services
Understand client needs and provide tailored design and furniture solutions
Present quotations and proposals over calls or online platforms
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients
Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or relevant tools
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (interior or real estate preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages
Ability to understand technical details and explain them to clients
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with interior design or office space planning is a plus
