**Summary**

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Convert CAD files into detailed 3D models using Blender or 3Ds Max.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders of interiors and exteriors using advanced rendering engines.
- Develop 3D walkthroughs and virtual tours using Unreal Engine 5, showcasing realistic architectural visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver precise visual representations.
- Optimize 3D models for various platforms and purposes, ensuring technical efficiency and visual accuracy.
- Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure top-quality deliverables.

**You are a great fit if you have**:

- Proficiency in Blender and/or 3Ds Max; familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D architectural visualizations.
- Ability to interpret and convert blueprints and CAD drawings into 3D visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
