As a **Telemarketing Representative**, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell Solar Panels. Your main objective will be to Generate leads and Initiate sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Follow up with potential leads to close sales or set up appointments for further discussion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about product/service updates, pricing changes, and company policies.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
